HOW IT WORKS

• Each Scheme will be purchased by Agence Maison Rene Ltd (Parent Company of Quesadaonline-herein after referred to as QO)
   
• Four 20% Co-ownerships will be offered for sale – QO will retain one 20% Co-ownership, will manage the Property and will establish an annual non profit making charge to cover the costs of maintaining the common parts and the pool together with Local Authority and Services charges.
   
• Each Co-owner will be allowed 10 weeks occupancy in annual rotation of choice but can only book a maximum of 4 weeks at any one time, with a 4 week break between bookings.
   
• Any unwanted weeks can be let through QO at 20% of the agreed rent and all documentation will be arranged – although QO will use its best endeavours, lettings, especially off season cannot be guaranteed and Co-owners can offer the accommodation to let privately and QO will only charge 10% for the documentation.
   
• QO will permanently offer vacant weeks to let AT THEIR EXPENCE
   
• Cleaning of the Villa will be individually charged.
